The results indicate that work-life balance and work discipline simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Partially, work-life balance has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and similarly, work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The Adjusted R Square value of 0.845 indicates that the work-life balance and work discipline variables can explain 84.5% of the variation in employee performance. This study implies that enhancing work-life balance and implementing good discipline can serve as strategies to improve the quality of employee performance.
