Konveksi Puji 25 is a garment manufacturing business facing challenges in supply chain management and financial recording, including suboptimal supplier selection, unstructured raw-material inventory management, and manual financial reporting. These conditions contribute to production delays, operational data inaccuracies, and inefficient business processes. This study aims to design an integrated system based on Supply Chain Management (SCM) concepts to improve business-process efficiency and data quality in financial reports at Konveksi Puji 25. An empirical qualitative case-study approach was employed through direct observation, interviews with the business owner and employees, and documentation of procurement, inventory, production, sales, purchasing, and financial-recording activities. Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) was applied to evaluate suppliers based on quality, delivery, price, and warranty and customer service criteria, while System Design and Engineering was used to develop the system architecture through a Context Diagram, Data Flow Diagram (DFD), and Conceptual Design. A VBA-based financial reporting system was developed in Microsoft Excel to integrate transaction recording, inventory, accounts payable and receivable, journals, ledgers, and financial statements. The AHP results identified Supplier 2 as the preferred supplier with a priority value of 52.7%, compared with 47.3% for Supplier 1. The integrated system provides a structured mechanism for improving operational data management, financial reporting, and decision-making. The study demonstrates the practical potential of integrating SCM, AHP, system design, and VBA technology to support more efficient and data-driven business processes in SMEs.
