<![CDATA[Mobile JKN is a digital health platform developed by BPJS Kesehatan to assist National Health Insurance (JKN) members in navigating healthcare services more effectively. This study set out to analyze the knowledge profile of JKN participants regarding Mobile JKN utilization at Sario Public Health Center. Employing a descriptive quantitative research scheme with a cross-sectional approach, 105 JKN visitors were enrolled as respondents through accidental sampling. Primary data were compiled via a pre-tested questionnaire measuring validity and reliability. Univariate statistics were executed to render frequency distributions. Demographically, respondents were dominated by the 26–35 age group (33.3%), female gender (62.9%), high school educational background (45.7%), and civil servant status (21.0%). Regarding app usage, most participants knew about Mobile JKN from outreach sessions (37.1%), had been using it for over two years (46.7%), and accessed the platform monthly (57.1%). Overall, 94 participants (89.5%) demonstrated a solid level of knowledge, whereas 11 individuals (10.5%) lacked sufficient understanding. In brief, knowledge concerning Mobile JKN among JKN participants at Sario Public Health Center is predominantly favorable.]]>
