Puberty is a developmental phase for adolescents characterized by biological, psychological, and social changes that necessitate adaptation. A lack of understanding can lead to anxiety, misconceptions, and mental health issues. This community service initiative aimed to enhance adolescents' knowledge and awareness regarding physical and mental health through a workshop titled "Mind and Body Balance: Maintaining Physical and Mental Health Balance for the Younger Generation." The event was held at TPA Al-Muallimin in Kragilan Village on July 5, 2026, targeting adolescents. The methods employed included a needs assessment, lectures, tutorials, and discussions. The material covered physical and psychological changes, developmental challenges, mental health, risk factors for psychological disorders, well-being strategies, and the importance of seeking help. The results demonstrated improved understanding and awareness regarding the adoption of healthy lifestyles, the building of social relationships, and the utilization of support from family and the community. This activity served as an educational initiative to prepare adolescents to transition into adulthood in a healthy and adaptive manner.
