<![CDATA[The accumulation of household waste and environmentally unfriendly open burning practices are crucial problems in densely populated areas such as Cikoronjo Village, Cibarusah District. The Community Service Program (KKN) of Pelita Bangsa University aims to provide an appropriate technological innovation through the design and implementation of an insulated thermal rocket stove. The device is designed to concentrate combustion heat at high temperatures with controlled air supply, increasing thermal efficiency and minimizing smoke emissions. The design and testing were conducted from August 9–21, 2026, through field observation, waste characteristic analysis, combustion testing, socialization, and handover. Results indicate that the rocket stove burns household waste faster than conventional combustion, with waste-volume reduction of 85–90% and smoke and soot reduction of 78–85%. The communal handover supports an independent community-based waste management model.]]>
