<![CDATA[The use of commercial pesticides for plant maintenance may increase household expenses, particularly when applied repeatedly. This community service activity aimed to provide knowledge and skills to the community of Sukaraja Village in utilizing locally available materials as simple biopesticide ingredients. The activity was conducted through socialization, demonstration, direct practice, discussion, and participant understanding evaluation. The biopesticide was prepared by blending papaya leaves, soaking them in water for 24 hours, filtering the extract, and combining it with crushed lemongrass and 1–3 drops of Sunlight. The results showed that participants gained knowledge and skills in processing botanical materials into a simple biopesticide using easily accessible equipment. The utilization of locally available materials has the potential to support cost efficiency in plant maintenance by reducing dependence on commercial pesticides. Digital information dissemination can also support the sustainability of community education.]]>
