This study aims to analyze the effect of training, motivation, and competence on employee performance at the Organizational Bureau of the Regional Secretariat (SETDA) of Central Java Province. The population of this study consisted of 52 employees, with a census method (saturated sampling) employed to include all members of the population. This research used a quantitative approach with primary data collected through questionnaires. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression, preceded by validity and reliability tests to ensure the quality of the research instruments. The results indicate that, partially, training and competence have a positive effect on employee performance. Among the three independent variables, competence has the most dominant influence on employee performance at the Organizational Bureau of the Regional Secretariat (SETDA) of Central Java Province.
