Digital transformation encourages organizations to manage business processes in a more integrated manner through information systems capable of connecting cross-functional operations. One relevant approach is the implementation of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), a system that enables the integration of data, processes, and information in a unified platform. This community service activity was conducted at PT Taman Event Indonesia, an event organizer company in Semarang City, which faced cross-divisional coordination problems due to the limited use of ERP only within the finance division. Other divisions were not yet connected through the same data flow, causing information exchange to rely heavily on manual communication. This activity aimed to improve the partner’s initial understanding and skills in ERP system implementation and to assist in formulating a phased ERP adoption strategy to strengthen cross-divisional coordination. The implementation method employed a participatory approach consisting of observation, interviews, needs identification, preparation of materials, training on ERP concepts and workflows, initial hands-on assistance, and reflective evaluation. The results indicate that the partner gained better understanding of the importance of cross-divisional data integration, improved initial readiness in managing data in a more structured manner, and stronger awareness of the need for cross-divisional standard operating procedures (SOPs) as the foundation for ERP implementation. The outputs of this activity include an integration-needs mapping, improved user readiness, and recommendations for phased ERP implementation to support more effective operational governance.
