Advances in information technology encourage Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) to utilize QR Code-based digital payment systems such as QRIS. This study examines the implementation of QR Code payments by MSME owners in Cemani Village, Grogol District, Sukoharjo Regency, and its effect on the efficiency of digital financial recording. The method used is descriptive quantitative with simple linear regression analysis, based on questionnaires filled out by 30 MSME owners. The results show that both the implementation of QR Codes and the efficiency of financial recording are in the good category. The analysis yielded a regression equation indicating that the implementation of QR Codes has a positive and significant effect on the efficiency of digital financial recording. Thus, the implementation of QR Code payments helps improve the efficiency of financial recording for MSME owners in Cemani Village.
