<![CDATA[The Merah Putih Village Cooperative (KDMP) plays a strategic role in strengthening community-based local economic development. However, its implementation in archipelagic regions faces challenges such as weak governance, limited business and financial management capabilities, underutilized local economic potential, and restricted access to markets and digital technology. This community service initiative aims to optimize the role of KDMP in Tafaga Urban Village, Moti District, Ternate City. The methods employed were Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA) and Community Development, encompassing preparation, needs assessment, training, mentoring, monitoring, and evaluation. The activity involved 30 participants, including cooperative administrators, local government officials, MSME players, and community members. Results showed an increase in the average score from 58.63 (pre-test) to 84.37 (post-test), with a statistically significant paired-sample t-test result (p 0.001). The program successfully strengthened governance, work and business planning, financial administration, and digital promotional media based on local potential, thereby supporting sustainable community economic empowerment.]]>
