This study aims to describe the implementation of the Marriage Counseling program, analyze the level of understanding among prospective spouses before and after the program, identify supporting and inhibiting factors, evaluate the effectiveness of the program themed “Love and Care for One Another: The Key to a Harmonious Family,” and formulate recommendations for improvement at the Pasar Rebo KUA. This study employed a qualitative approach using descriptive methods. The Marriage Counseling Program at the Pasar Rebo KUA was proven to be effective. In conclusion, this program plays a strategic role in strengthening the understanding of a harmonious family, but it still requires an initial assessment of participants’ level of understanding. This study recommends improvements to make the program more effective in enhancing the readiness of prospective couples.
