PT Indo Aqua Sukses is a company that produces tilapia fish seed and currently relies on manual record-keeping through physical bookkeeping for its sales transactions. The use of this manual system creates several operational problems, including a high risk of order recording errors (human error), difficulties in tracking previous transaction histories, and delays in preparing real-time sales reports for management. This study aims to design a web-based sales performance monitoring information system called Sellora to integrate customer data and sales transaction management. The development method employed is the Waterfall method, which includes a literature review, problem identification through observation and interviews, requirements analysis, and system design. The system was structurally modeled using Data Flow Diagrams (DFD), Use Case Diagrams, Activity Diagrams, Sequence Diagrams, and a Concept Data Diagram. The Sellora system facilitates role-based access and integrated coordination between the Accounting entity, responsible for managing customer data and entering sales transactions, and the Head Manager, responsible for monitoring automated sales summary reports. The design results indicate that the Sellora system can minimize the risk of recording errors, accelerate the delivery of accurate and real-time sales performance reports, and provide an effective centralized information foundation to support managerial decision-making.
