Technological advancements encourage businesses to improve operational efficiency and service quality. Arta Laundry still relies on a manual administrative system using paper-based documents. This condition creates various challenges, including the risk of losing transaction data, damage to physical receipts, difficulties in monitoring laundry status, and inaccuracies in cost calculations. This study aims to develop a web-based laundry management information system for Arta Laundry as a solution to these problems by implementing more automated, transparent, and efficient processes. Data were collected through direct observation, interviews, and a review of written references. The system was designed using several types of diagrams, including Data Flow Diagrams (DFD), Use Case Diagrams, Activity Diagrams, Sequence Diagrams, and Entity-Relationship Diagrams (ERD). The result of this study is a web-based laundry information system design equipped with several features, including digital order recording, automated cost calculation, digital invoice generation, real-time laundry status tracking, and financial report compilation. The implementation of this system design is expected to minimize operational errors (human error), improve administrative process efficiency, and facilitate customers in obtaining information transparently.
