<![CDATA[Feeding rules are structured toddler feeding guidelines recommended by the Indonesian Pediatric Society (IDAI) to overcome eating difficulties. Mothers should implement feeding rules to support adequate nutritional intake and foster healthy eating behaviors in toddlers. This study aimed to analyze the correlation between mothers' implementation of feeding rules and toddler nutritional status. An analytical correlational study with a cross-sectional approach was conducted from May 18 to May 31, 2026, in Kunjang Village, Kunjang District, Kediri Regency. A sample of 33 mothers of toddlers was selected using a simple random sampling technique. Research instruments included questionnaires and secondary data from Maternal and Child Health (KIA) handbooks. Univariate statistical tests used percentages, while bivariate analysis utilized the Spearman Rank correlation test (rho). The results revealed that most mothers (66.7%, n=22) demonstrated adequate implementation of feeding rules, and the majority of toddlers (69.7%, n=23) had normal nutritional status. Spearman's rho test yielded a p-value = 0.000 < 0.05, rejecting H0 and accepting Ha, confirming a significant relationship between mothers' feeding rule behavior and toddler nutritional status. The correlation coefficient of 0.840 indicated a strong positive relationship. Consistent implementation of feeding rules plays a crucial role in establishing healthy dietary habits and optimizing toddler nutritional status.]]>
