This study examines the effects of remuneration, training, and the work environment on the productivity of civil servants in DKI Jakarta. The fact that some civil servants still have suboptimal productivity levels has the potential to impact overall government performance. Data were collected through a survey of civil servants and then analyzed using the Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) method. The model evaluation results confirm that all constructs are valid, reliable, and meet the goodness-of-fit criteria. Hypothesis testing proves that remuneration, training, and the work environment have a positive and significant effect on civil servant productivity. Improvements in these three factors are expected to enhance civil servant performance and increase the overall efficiency of the government.
