This study examines violations of judicial ethics in cases involving alleged bribery and the misuse of assets derived from criminal activities. Judicial integrity serves as a fundamental pillar in maintaining public trust in judicial institutions. Misconduct committed by law enforcement officials not only damages the image of the judiciary but also threatens the principles of the rule of law. This research employs a normative juridical method using statutory and conceptual approaches. The findings indicate that the acceptance of bribes by judges constitutes a violation of both the judicial code of ethics and criminal law, resulting in a decline in public confidence in the judicial system.
