This study aims to determine and analyze the financial performance of food and beverage subsector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange based on the liquidity ratio measured by the Current Ratio (CR) and the solvency ratio measured by the Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) during the 2020–2024 period. This research employed a descriptive quantitative method using secondary data obtained from the companies’ annual financial statements. The population consisted of 47 companies, while the research sample comprised four companies selected using purposive sampling, namely PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk, PT Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur Tbk, PT Mayora Indah Tbk, and PT Ultrajaya Milk Industry & Trading Company Tbk. Data analysis was conducted using ratio analysis and the One Sample t-Test. The results showed that financial performance based on the Current Ratio was categorized as good, with a t-value of 3.301 > t-table value of 1.729 and a significance value of 0.004 < 0.05. The average Current Ratio was above the industry standard of 200%. Meanwhile, financial performance based on the Debt to Equity Ratio was also categorized as good, with a t-value of 2.153 > t-table value of 1.729 and a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. The average DER was below the industry standard of 90%. Therefore, the companies demonstrated a good ability to meet short-term obligations and maintained a healthy capital structure.
