This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of service quality and service speed—both individually and simultaneously—on public satisfaction at the Marioriawa District Office, Soppeng Regency. The study employs a quantitative method with an associative approach. The research population consists of all members of the public receiving services at the Marioriawa District Office, Soppeng Regency, with a sample size of 95 respondents determined using the Slovin formula. Data were collected via questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression with SPSS version 26 software. The results indicate that, individually, the service quality variable has a positive and significant effect on public satisfaction (t-value of 7.907; significance of 0.000), while the service speed variable also has a positive and significant effect (t-value of 3.662; significance of 0.000). Simultaneously, service quality and service speed significantly influence public satisfaction (F-value of 88.219; significance of 0.000). The coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.657 indicates that 65.7% of public satisfaction is influenced by these two variables, while the remaining 34.3% is influenced by factors outside the scope of this study; thus, it can be concluded that service quality and service speed play a crucial role in enhancing public satisfaction at the Marioriawa District Office, Soppeng Regency.
