<![CDATA[This research is motivated by problems faced by photocopy businesses, which still rely on manual, paper-based recording of cashier transactions and financial bookkeeping. This conventional approach is prone to human error, carries a high risk of data loss, and is inefficient for daily operations. This study therefore designs, builds, and implements a web-based Financial Management System and Sales Dashboard (Point of Sales) for Hanbai Fotocopy. The main innovation is the use of Google Apps Script as the server-side backend and Google Sheets as the database, combined with Bootstrap 5, Chart.js, and jsPDF on the client side. The system was developed using the Waterfall method, covering requirements analysis, system design, coding, and Black-Box testing. The resulting cloud-based cashier and financial-recording application automates sales transaction recording, supports cash and non-cash payment methods, updates stock automatically, records operational expenses, and presents real-time cash-flow visualization on an interactive dashboard. Black-Box testing confirmed that authentication, transaction calculation, stock reduction, chart updates, and PDF report export all function as expected. By relying on the Google Workspace ecosystem, the system minimizes hardware and hosting costs while improving the accuracy, speed, and transparency of financial monitoring for the business owner.]]>
