Introduction: This study aims to analyze the supply chain management system and determine the optimal order quantity, reserve stock level, and point for reordering using the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) and Safety Stock methods on seven types of fruit. Methods: This research applies a descriptive quantitative method, which is a method that aims to describe and analyze phenomena that occur in a structured way and based on accurate numerical data (Sugiyono, 2022).Results: The research results show that the application of the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ), Safety Stock, and Reorder Point (ROP) method is able to determine the optimal number of orders for seven types of fruits with an average ordering frequency of 36–39 times per year. This method also produces a safe inventory level and an appropriate reorder point so that it can minimize inventory costs, reduce the risk of overstock and stockout, as well as increase the efficiency of fresh fruit inventory management at UMKM Mekar Sari Buah. Conclusion and suggestion: The implementation of the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ), Safety Stock, and Reorder Point (ROP) method is proven to be effective in increasing the efficiency of fresh fruit inventory control at UMKM Mekar Sari Buah through the determination of the optimal number of orders, adequate safety supplies, and the right reorder time. This method is able to minimize inventory costs, reduce the risk of overstock and stockout, and maintain stock availability so as to support smooth operations. Therefore, UMKM are recommended to implement EOQ, Safety Stock, and ROP methods as data-based inventory control standards, supported by digital transaction recording and strengthening cooperation with suppliers to increase the effectiveness of inventory management.
