<![CDATA[The evolving information system has become a vital tool that helps companies win business competition, including one company that plays a role in selling educational books. Based on previous research on the e-commerce website, obstacles were found in navigation and the appearance of the dashboard, which were less comfortable. Based on the calculation obtained, a usability score of 62,4 was achieved, which is included in the Marginal Low category. This study aims to redesign the e-commerce website interface to improve user experience and work efficiency. The method used to complete this research is the Design Thinking method. The stages used in this method are empathize, define, ideate, prototype, and test. Data collection was conducted using interview techniques and questionnaires given to 20 respondents who play a direct role in using the website. The final results obtained showed an increase in the score 75.3, which shows an improvement and is included in the Acceptable category. The application of the design thinking method has succeeded in providing a solution to improve usability better than the previous website. ]]>
