<![CDATA[The rapid development of information technology has encouraged organizations to adopt integrated information systems to improve operational effectiveness and efficiency. CV Hasta Prima Consultan, a company engaged in consulting and project implementation, still faces challenges in project management processes that are carried out manually, such as delays in information delivery, data duplication, recording errors, and limited real-time data access. This study aims to design and develop a web-based project management information system capable of integrating all project management processes, including planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting. The system development method used is Agile due to its flexibility and adaptability to user requirements. The system is designed to support project data management, task scheduling, progress monitoring, and structured real-time reporting. System testing is conducted using the black box method to ensure that each function operates in accordance with the expected specifications. The results indicate that the developed system is able to improve operational efficiency, enhance team coordination, reduce data recording errors, and provide accurate information to support decision-making. Therefore, the system is expected to improve the quality of project management at CV Hasta Prima Consultan. ]]>
