Providing skill-based education through training is a crucial strategy for improving community living standards by developing local potential. This study aims to examine the empowerment process based on batik skill education in shaping an entrepreneurial spirit at LKP Arimbi. The method used is descriptive with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, and documentation with managers and learners. The results indicate that empowerment at LKP Arimbi focuses not only on mastering psychomotor batik techniques but also on strengthening administrative governance and integrity as the primary foundation of the business. This skill education has proven effective in fostering entrepreneurial characteristics, including self-confidence through certified product innovation, quality orientation, and the courage to take market risks. The synergy between technical expertise and the legality of production tools serves as a competitive advantage in building the economic independence of the learners.
