UMKM play a strategic role in Indonesia’s economic growth, yet they still face various challenges such as low financial literacy and a lack of sustainable business strategies. This community service program was implemented to support Ramenku, an UMKM located in Surabaya Selatan, in enhancing its competitiveness through financial literacy assistance and business strategy development. The method involved in-depth interviews, interactive education, and hands-on training in simple financial recording using Money Manager Application. The educational sessions were delivered through presentations and educational videos, accompanied by evaluations using pre-tests and post-tests. The program aimed to improve the owner’s understanding of financial management and business strategies. The participants showed enthusiasm and behavioral changes, such as beginning to record daily cash flows and develop long-term financial planning. In addition, the intervention in marketing and branding helped the business owner build a stronger brand identity and increase market appeal. These results highlight the importance of experiential and collaborative approaches in shaping better managerial behavior among UMKM. In conclusion, this program successfully strengthened the overall capacity of the UMKM and is recommended for broader replication as part of efforts to enhance the quality and sustainability of small businesses in Indonesia
