<![CDATA[This community service program aimed to enhance the visual communication skills of the South Tambun Waste Bank Forum through training on creating creative presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint. This topic was chosen because most waste bank managers still face limitations in designing engaging and systematic presentations, have minimal understanding of visual design principles, and lack confidence in delivering materials in public. The implementation method adopted a participatory-educative approach, involving needs assessment, material design, training delivery (attended by 31 participants), and evaluation through pre-test and post-test questionnaires. The results showed a substantial improvement in participants' understanding of basic PowerPoint functions, with the percentage in the "good" category increasing from 18% to 33%. Confidence in creating and delivering presentations also improved, with 58% of participants reporting higher confidence after training. Outputs of the program included reusable presentation templates and environmental campaign materials.
