Karo Regency has a high risk of landslides, exacerbated by frequent disasters but not yet supported by evacuation maps based on Network Analysis. This study aims to map landslide risk zones and design optimal evacuation routes in the region. Quantitative methods based on Geographic Information Systems (GIS) were used by analyzing five parameters (rainfall, slope gradient, soil type, geology, and land use) through weighted overlay techniques. Evacuation routes were determined using Network Analysis to identify the safest and fastest routes. The analysis results show a dominance of moderate-risk zones (849.2 ha) and high-risk zones (774 ha), with high-risk areas concentrated in the southern and western parts of the district. Based on this mapping, five interconnected main evacuation routes were successfully designed, along with four safe and strategic gathering points. The evacuation route map is equipped with road names to facilitate navigation during emergencies. The resulting map serves as an important reference for local governments and communities to enhance preparedness and develop more effective landslide disaster mitigation policies
