Forest and land fires are a frequent disaster during the dry season in Kubu Raya Regency, caused by a combination of natural factors and human activities. Analysis of land cover changes in hazard areas is important to determine the dynamics that contribute to the increase in fire hazard. This study aims to: (1) map the spatial distribution of forest and land fire hazard areas, (2) analyze land cover changes in hazard areas, and (3) visualize the results using ArcGIS Dashboard. The forest and land fire hazard map generated through a weighted overlay of three parameters: land cover, soil type, and rainfall. Land cover was classified from Sentinel-2 imagery using the Random Forest algorithm, rainfall from kriging interpolation of CHIRPS data, and reclassified soil type. Land cover changes were obtained by detecting changes between 2019 and 2023, then overlaying with the forest and land fire hazard map. The results show that Kubu Raya Regency is dominated by moderate hazards covering an area of 431,743.79 ha, with an increase in land cover that influences the high hazard class being in shrubs of 58,619.01 ha and dry fields of 20,074.09 ha. The analysis results are presented in the ArcGIS Dashboard as a monitoring tool to support forest and land fire mitigation through maps, graphs, and indicators.
