<![CDATA[ This study examines the interest in digital gold investment among Islamic Economics students at Al-Amien Prenduan University, viewed through the lens of Islamic financial literacy and digital access. The development of financial technology has made investment inc Program Studi Ekonomi Syariah, Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Islam reasingly accessible—including to students—yet interest in digital gold investment remains low. This study aims to: (1) describe students' understanding of Islamic financial literacy regarding digital gold investment; (2) explain students' perceptions of the ease and barriers of digital access; and (3) analyze the role of both factors in shaping investment interest. A descriptive qualitative approach was adopted with data collected through in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation involving eight purposively selected informants. Data analysis employed reduction, presentation, and conclusion-drawing techniques, with validity ensured through source, technique, and time triangulation. Findings indicate that students possess good normative understanding of Islamic financial principles, yet remain limited to classical qabdh haqiqi (physical delivery) concepts, creating consistent doubt about digital gold legitimacy despite DSN-MUI Fatwa No. 77/2010 legitimizing qabdh hukmi (legal ownership transfer). Although digital ease receives positive responses, it fails to build confidence. Investment interest forms through the interaction of three dynamic elements: digital access and social influence as initial triggers, then contemporary Islamic financial literacy as a final filter. Increasing digital gold investment interest requires not only expanding technological access, but primarily synchronizing Islamic academic curricula with national digital economic regulations.]]>
