Employee performance is a key factor in achieving organizational goals and can be influenced by several aspects, including Occupational Safety and Health (OHS), workload, and compensation. This study aimed to examine the partial and simultaneous effects of OHS implementation, workload, and compensation on employee performance at CV. Rimba Perkasa. An associative quantitative approach was employed using data collected from 102 respondents selected from a population of 137 employees through the Slovin formula with a 5% margin of error and purposive sampling. Data were obtained using Likert-scale questionnaires and analyzed with IBM SPSS Statistics version 29 through validity, reliability, classical assumption, multiple linear regression, t-test, F-test, and coefficient of determination (R²) analyses. The findings indicate that OHS implementation and workload have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, while compensation has no significant effect. Simultaneously, the three variables significantly influence employee performance with an R² value of 0.436. These findings imply that strengthening OHS implementation and improving workload management are more effective strategies for enhancing employee performance than focusing solely on compensation at CV.
