This study aims to analyze the implementation of visitor safety risk management in water attraction areas as an effort to support the sustainability of Wisata Bahari Lamongan (WBL). A descriptive qualitative approach was employed, utilizing data collection techniques such as semi-structured interviews, observation, and documentation. Informants were selected purposively and included the HR Manager, Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) staff, ride attendants, and visitors. The results indicate that potential safety risks include physical hazards, environmental conditions, and visitor behaviors that fail to comply with regulations. To mitigate these risks, management has implemented various measures, such as establishing standard operating procedures (SOPs), providing safety equipment, ensuring staff supervision, and managing emergency situations. However, the implementation of risk management still faces challenges, particularly regarding the consistency of personnel in executing procedures and the level of visitor compliance with safety rules. The findings also demonstrate that effective risk management fosters a sense of safety and comfort among visitors, enhances satisfaction, and encourages repeat visits. Thus, strengthening risk management implementation is a crucial factor in maintaining service quality while supporting the sustainability of Wisata Bahari Lamongan.
