<![CDATA[This study aims to analyze the role of BAZNAS of East Lombok Regency in managing zakat, infaq, and alms (ZIS) and its impact on poverty alleviation through economic, educational, and health empowerment programs. The research method used is qualitative, with data collection techniques including interviews, observations, and documentation. The data were analyzed using a descriptive approach to obtain a comprehensive understanding in line with the research focus. The results show that BAZNAS of East Lombok Regency plays a significant role in zakat management and community empowerment through productive zakat programs, educational assistance, health services, and other social aid. These programs have been proven to improve community welfare and help reduce poverty levels. However, several challenges remain, including low public awareness of distributing zakat through official institutions and uneven distribution across regions. Therefore, efforts are needed to enhance public awareness and optimize management so that the benefits of zakat can be more widely and sustainably distributed, especially for poor and economically vulnerable communities.]]>
