Background: Patient satisfaction is one of the key indicators of healthcare quality. An increase in the bed occupancy rate (BOR), which has led to the turning away of emergency room patients at the Arosbaya Community Health Center in Bangkalan Regency, has resulted in a decline in patient satisfaction with the center’s services. The purpose of this study is to analyze the improvement in service satisfaction following the implementation of the “Sascia Gotik” innovation. Methods: The type of research used is Research and Development. The approach used in this study is the ADDIE Model: Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. This is a systematic instructional design framework consisting of five stages—Analyze, Design, Develop, Implement, and Evaluate—for developing high-quality learning and training products. Results: The results of the statistical analysis also showed a significant difference in patient satisfaction levels before and after the implementation of SASCIA GOTIK. The data indicate an increase in patient satisfaction, with some patients moving from “fairly satisfied” to “satisfied” and others from “satisfied” to “very satisfied” with the services at the Arobaya Community Health Center. Conclusion: The SASCIA GOTIK innovation is an effective service strategy for improving patient and community satisfaction within the Arosbaya Community Health Center’s service area. The success of this innovation is demonstrated by a statistically significant increase in satisfaction scores. An effective referral system enhances service efficiency, ensuring continuity and overall quality.
