This research aims to develop digital comic media as an innovative tool to enhance reading and writing literacy as well as creative thinking among elementary school students. The development method employs the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation), involving the design of interactive comics based on digital applications that integrate narrative elements, images, and creative activities. Testing was conducted on students in grades 6 of elementary school through pre-test and post-test, as well as participation observation. The results show a significant increase in reading skills (average score increased by 25%), writing skills (increased by 30%), and creative thinking (increased by 28%), with students showing greater enthusiasm and active engagement. The conclusion emphasizes that digital comic media is effective as an alternative learning approach, although further adjustments are needed for technology accessibility in remote areas.
