The implementation of dakwah bil hal planning in social welfare programs for orphans and the underprivileged has not yet been fully optimized. Among the reasons are a lack of preparation, poor management, and a persistent lack of awareness among the public regarding the importan e of helping others, particularly orphans and the underprivileged. This study aims to maximize the implementation of dakwah bil hal in fostering social concern for orphans and the underprivileged. This study employs a qualitative method with a phenomenological approach. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentati an of the administrators of the Muslimin Qur’an Memorization Center as will community members involved in the GESER program. Data analysis utilized the Miles and Huberman model, which includes the steps of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. This “dakwah bil hal” charity program was created to instill a sense of empathy in children so they will help orphans, the underprivileged, and their fellow human beings, and put this empathy into practice in their daily lives.
