<![CDATA[PT. Ultra Sumatra Dairy Farm is a company engaged in dairy farming. As a dairy farming company, it is very possible to be contaminated with foot and mouth disease which is currently widespread if biosecurity is not carried out properly. Biosecurity is an effort to reduce the possibility of the spread of disease. This research aims to determine the sanitation and biosecurity measures carried out at PT. Ultra Sumatra Dairy Farm in preventing foot and mouth disease infections for smooth production and employee welfare. This research was conducted by collecting qualitative data from the dairy company PT. USDF. The parameters of this research are biosecurity, sanitation and vaccination. The data obtained was analyzed using descriptive statistical analysis by describing the information or data obtained based on research on biosecurity management on dairy farms at PT. USDF. The research results show that PT. USDF carries out very strict biosecurity so that it has succeeded in making the company 100% free of FMD contamination.]]>
