<![CDATA[Early marriage remains a major public health and social issue in Indonesia, adversely affecting female adolescents' reproductive health, psychological well-being, education, and socioeconomic conditions. One preventive strategy is health education using educational videos, which provide engaging and easily understood audiovisual information. This study aimed to analyze the effect of educational videos on female adolescents' attitudes toward early marriage prevention at SMP Negeri 27 Banjarmasin. A quantitative study with a quasi-experimental two-group pretest–posttest design was conducted among 70 female adolescents aged 14–15 years who were randomly assigned to intervention and control groups, with 35 participants in each group. The intervention group received health education through educational videos, whereas the control group received lectures supported by PowerPoint presentations. Data were collected using a valid and reliable attitude questionnaire and analyzed using the Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test and the Mann–Whitney U Test. The findings showed that positive attitudes in the intervention group increased from 54.3% before the intervention to 88.6% after the intervention, with a statistically significant difference (p = 0.001).
