<![CDATA[Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play an important role in supporting local economic development; however, limited human resource management competencies remain a challenge for many MSME actors. This community service activity aimed to improve the human resource management competencies of MSME actors who are members of Gerakan Pemuda Ansor (GP Ansor) in Tangerang District, Pagedangan, Tangerang. The activity focused on providing practical knowledge and skills in human resource management that could be directly applied to participants’ business activities. The community service program was conducted at the GP Ansor Tangerang District Office on May 19, 2026. The activity was implemented by three lecturers from Universitas Pamulang and assisted by two students, involving 18 GP Ansor members who work as MSME entrepreneurs. The implementation consisted of three main stages: preparation, implementation, and reporting. During the implementation stage, participants received material presentations, practical exercises, discussions, and question-and-answer sessions related to human resource management practices in MSMEs. The results showed that the activity increased participants’ understanding of basic human resource management and their ability to apply relevant practices in their businesses, particularly in employee recruitment, task allocation, performance management, and employee development.
