<![CDATA[Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play an important role in supporting the local economy and creating employment opportunities. However, the sustainability and development of MSMEs are often constrained by limited human resource capacity, particularly in leadership skills, work motivation, and the ability to manage business activities effectively. This community service program aimed to empower MSME human resources in Margaluyu Village, Serang City, Banten, through leadership and motivation training. The activity was conducted on April 18–19, 2026, in Margaluyu Village and involved 33 local MSME owners. The program was implemented by a team of five lecturers and students from the Management Study Program, Universitas Pamulang. The implementation consisted of three stages: preparation, implementation, and reporting. During the implementation stage, participants received material presentations on leadership and motivation, followed by practical activities, discussions, and question-and-answer sessions. The results indicated that the training increased participants’ understanding of the importance of leadership and work motivation in managing and developing their businesses. Participants also demonstrated greater awareness of leadership attitudes, goal setting, responsibility, communication, and self-motivation in supporting business activities. The program provided a practical contribution to strengthening the capacity of MSME actors and encouraged them to apply leadership and motivational principles in their daily business management.]]>
