This study aims to examine the effect of professionalism, employee engagement, and integrity on employee performance at the Department of Cooperatives and SMEs of Padang City. This study employed a quantitative research method with a population consisting of 118 employees. The sampling technique used was saturated sampling, resulting in a total sample of 118 respondents. Data were collected through questionnaires. The data were analyzed using validity and reliability tests, descriptive analysis (Total Respondent Achievement/TCR), classical assumption tests including normality, multicollinearity, and heteroscedasticity tests, as well as multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing (t-test). The results indicate that professionalism (X1) has a significant effect on employee performance (Y), with a t-value of 2.217 > t-table of 1.658 and a significance value of 0.029 < 0.05. Employee engagement (X2) has no significant effect on employee performance (Y), with a t-value of 1.098 < t-table of 1.658 and a significance value of 0.274 > 0.05. Meanwhile, integrity (X3) has a significant effect on employee performance (Y), with a t-value of 4.448 > t-table of 1.658 and a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05.
