<![CDATA[Continuity of Care (COC) is a continuous, woman-centered midwifery care approach that promotes the physiological health of mothers and infants and facilitates the early detection of complications. This study aimed to describe the provision of comprehensive midwifery care using the CoC approach for Mrs. M, a 19-year-old primigravida. The study used a descriptive case study method. Care was provided from the third trimester of pregnancy, delivery, newborn, postpartum, to family planning at PMB Agustin Wulansari on August 10–15, 2025. Data were obtained through anamnesis, observation, physical examination, obstetric examination, and documentation study. Pregnancy, delivery, newborn, and postpartum were physiological without complications. The baby was born spontaneously with a weight of 2,800 grams and an APGAR score of 8/10. In family planning services, the mother chose the Lactational Amenorrhea Method (LAM).
