This study aims to determine the effect of career development and burnout on turnover intention at PT. Progress Group, South Tangerang. The method used is an associative approach with a quantitative approach, using primary and secondary data. The population in this study consisted of 61 employees of PT. Progress Group. The sampling technique used was saturated sampling (census), obtaining 61 respondents. Data analysis used validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, regression analysis, correlation coefficients, coefficients of determination, and hypothesis testing. The results show that career development has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention, with the regression equation Y = 9.645 + 0.407X1, a correlation value of 0.503 (fairly strong relationship), a coefficient of determination of 25.3%, and t count > t table (4.471 > 2.0071). Burnout has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention, with the regression equation Y = 1.189 + 0.572X2, a correlation value of 0.875 (very strong relationship), a coefficient of determination of 76.6%, and t count > t table (13.914 > 2.0071). Career development and burnout simultaneously have a significant effect on turnover intention, with the regression equation Y = 3.369 - 0.071X1 + 0.608X2, a correlation value of 0.878 (very strong relationship), a coefficient of determination of 77.1%, and F count > F table (97.647 > 3.156), while the remaining 22.9% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study.
