We conducted this study at RSUD Malimping, Lebak Regency, to explore the relationship between teamwork, compensation, and employee competencies and their impact on employee performance. We collected data from 79 employees working in teams using a simple random sampling method. Data analysis using Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) revealed that the three factors have a significant relationship and influence each other, especially in the health sector work environment. The results show that effective teamwork can significantly improve employees' competencies, which in turn contributes to improving their performance. In addition, an adequate compensation system not only increases motivation but also encourages the development of employee skills. These three factors—teamwork, compensation, and employee competence—positively impact employee performance at RSUD Malimping, suggesting that a supportive work environment directly affects employee productivity and effectiveness.. Therefore, we expect organizations to foster a harmonious and productive work environment that not only enhances individual performance but also contributes to the overall success of the organization.
