Fish processing training into shredded fish is presented as a strategic solution to increase the economic value of fish through processed products that are durable, practical, and have a higher selling value. This training not only provides technical skills in making fish floss, but also covers aspects of sanitation, packaging, small business management, and product marketing, with the aim of empowering local community groups, especially housewives and youth. The method used in this study is the service learning method with the following steps: first, Identification of Problems and Needs, second, Provision of Materials and Simulation, third, Collaboration and Reflection Based on Experience, fourth, Application in Real Context, fifth, Evaluation and feedback. The real impact of the implementation of this training includes reducing dependence on unstable fresh fish sales, increasing family income, developing fishery-based MSMEs, empowering coastal women, and expanding employment opportunities in rural areas. The practical, participatory, and local potential-based approach makes this training an effective intervention in encouraging the economic independence of the Bangsal Hamlet community in a sustainable manner.
