Background: The Lactational Amenorrhea Method (LAM) is a natural contraceptive method that can be used by breastfeeding mothers when specific eligibility criteria are fulfilled. Adequate knowledge during pregnancy is important to support informed postpartum contraceptive decision-making. Digital educational media, such as e-booklets, may facilitate access to reproductive health information. Purpose: This study aimed to determine the effect of an e-booklet about the Lactational Amenorrhea Method on the knowledge of third-trimester pregnant women. Method: This study employed a quantitative quasi-experimental design using a one-group pretest-posttest approach. The study involved 30 third-trimester pregnant women selected using total sampling. Knowledge was measured before and after the educational intervention using an LAM knowledge questionnaire. Data were analyzed using the paired-samples t-test after the normality assumption was fulfilled. Results: The mean knowledge score increased from 3.70 ± 1.368 before the intervention to 8.50 ± 1.503 after the intervention, with a mean increase of 4.80 points. The paired-samples t-test showed a statistically significant difference between pretest and posttest knowledge scores (p < 0.001). Conclusion: The e-booklet intervention significantly improved knowledge about the Lactational Amenorrhea Method among third-trimester pregnant women.
