<![CDATA[Public discussion of the Criminal Procedure Code Bill (RUU KUHAP) on X forms user-to-user relations that can be examined as a communication network. This study maps the #RUUKUHAP network structure and identifies actor positions using Social Network Analysis (SNA). Data were collected through Selenium-based web scraping, producing 654 records that were pre-processed into a directed graph. NetworkX was used to calculate density, reciprocity, modularity, in-degree, out-degree, betweenness centrality, and eigenvector centrality, while the network was visualized using a PyVis Force Atlas 2-based layout. The final graph contained 85 nodes and 79 edges, with density 0.0111, reciprocity 0.0506, modularity 0.8758, and 18 communities. @Haikal88651720 had the highest out-degree (11), while @kemenkum, @KPK_RI, @febridiansyah, and @TodungLubis shared the highest in-degree (4). Betweenness values were generally near zero. The network is sparse, strongly partitioned into communities, and weakly reciprocal; however, these structural findings alone do not establish ideological polarization or echo chambers without content and stance analysis.]]>
