<![CDATA[This research aims to analyze the concepts, functions, and principles of Islamic education management and its relevance in the management of Islamic educational institutions. The research uses a qualitative approach with a library research design. Data was collected through documentation studies from books, journal articles, proceedings, and relevant scientific documents, then analyzed using content analysis techniques. The results of the study show that Islamic education management is a management system of educational institutions that integrates modern management principles with the values of the Qur'an and As-Sunnah. The management function which includes planning, organizing, implementing, and supervising plays an important role in realizing effective and efficient management of educational institutions. In addition, the application of the principles of monotheism, trust, deliberation, justice, professionalism, and responsibility are the foundation in every decision-making process and implementation of educational programs. The integration of the concepts, functions, and principles of Islamic education management is able to create professional, accountable, and oriented educational institution governance that is oriented towards the formation of students who have faith, knowledge, and noble character. Thus, Islamic education management remains relevant as the basis for managing educational institutions in facing the challenges of educational development in the modern era.]]>
