This study aims to analyze the level of member loyalty in student organizations in Palopo City. The study employed a descriptive quantitative approach involving 100 respondents who were active members of various student organizations in Palopo City. Data were collected through questionnaires, observations, and interviews, and then analyzed using descriptive analysis with a Likert scale. The results showed that the level of member loyalty was categorized as very high, with a mean score of 4.30. The loyalty indicator obtained the highest score of 4.39, while the activity indicator received the lowest score of 4.15. The findings indicate that members of student organizations demonstrate high levels of commitment, responsibility, discipline, participation, contribution, and willingness to support the sustainability of their organizations. This study confirms that member loyalty is an important factor in improving the effectiveness and sustainability of student organizations.
