Hypertension is defined as blood pressure ≥140/90 mmHg and is a chronic non-communicable disease that often occurs without symptoms. Hypertension may lead to complications such as stroke, heart failure, and kidney disorders. Risk factors include an unhealthy lifestyle, lack of physical activity, stress, age, and genetic factors. Physical exercise is one of the non-pharmacological therapies that can help reduce and control blood pressure, including hypertension exercise. Objective To implement hypertension exercise as an intervention to help reduce blood pressure in patients with hypertension. Methods: This study used a descriptive design with a case study approach involving three patients with hypertension at Bhayangkara Moh. Hasan Hospital, Palembang, South Sumatra. The intervention consisted of hypertension exercise for 30 minutes over three consecutive days. Results: After three days of hypertension exercise, changes in blood pressure were observed, along with improvement in the nursing problems of decreased cardiac output, non-adherence, and knowledge deficit. Conclusion: Hypertension exercise can be used as a non-pharmacological intervention to help control blood pressure in patients with hypertension. Recommendation: Patients are encouraged to perform hypertension exercise independently and regularly according to their physical abilities to help control and reduce blood pressure.
