The rapid growth of the delivery service industry demands transparent fleet positioning information to maintain customer trust. PT Naira Mitralogistik, a local shipping service company, still faces operational constraints due to conventional courier tracking methods, which lead to information gaps regarding manifest data and inaccurate Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA). This study aims to design and implement an Android-based live tracking system integrated with Google Maps SDK connected to a PHP backend and MySQL database. The software development follows the sequential Waterfall model, covering requirements analysis, UML diagramming, and system testing. The results indicate that the mobile application successfully transmits coordinate data automatically via an asynchronous background service utilizing the LocationCallback function to maintain tracking consistency in weak signal areas (blank spots). On the management side, the web-based monitoring dashboard visualizes courier positions and delivery manifest status in real-time. In conclusion, the system successfully automates operational logistics documentation and enhances managerial control efficiency at PT Naira Mitralogistik.
