Background: The Indonesian Health Survey reported a 0,18% prevalence of chronic kidney disease. Data from the hemodialysis unit showed that an average of 95 patients underwent hemodialysis in 2025.Objective: To analyze the association between energy and protein intake with nutritional status (SGA) in Hemodialysis patients at RSUD Bangli. Methods: An analytical observational study with a cross-sectional design. The study population consisted of 95 respondents, with 86 respondents aged ≥ 18 years who were in stable condition and had complete medical records, selected through consecutive sampling. The data analyzed were secondary data on energy and protein intake obtained from the SQ-FFQ form, as well as nutritional status (SGA) recorded in medical records. Results: The study found a significant association between energy intake and nutritional status in hemodialysis patients (p=0,011;OR=3,2), and also indicates a significant association between protein intake and nutritional status in hemodialysis patients (p=0,003;OR=3,95).Conclusion: Energy and protein are associated with nutritional status. Therefore, regular nutritional monitoring and interventions are essential to support the management of hemodialysis patients
